"Nous jugons ce téléphone irrespective et nous n'avons qu'une chose à répondre: de telles paroles n'auront pas d'influence sur les décisions que Turquie prendra." Plus violemment dans le Tan(in), M. YALOIN estime "que les relations turco-allemandes ont à nouveau (perdu) leur douceur ... et ont repris leur ancienne forme.
