I. Un accord de principe a été réalisé pour admission ... ... priorité d'une commande correspondante pièce de réchange, etc. sur le dash fund Afrique Nord par procédure habituelle.
II. Je crains que les autorités américaines n'alent l'arrièrepensée de nous inspirer ultérieurement à détourner distribution cigarettes pour Afrique du Nord ou l'armée, si la situation des approvisionnements devient critique.

Ce sera un moyen détourné de nous refuser le Lend-Lease pour l'armée et d'utiliser les stocks du monopole.
