D'GREANO reports a conference with FEHLE, executive director of War Refugees Board, which indicates a preference, on account of transportation problems, for the "SPI solution" envisaged by Algiers, especially the purchase in Switzerland of bundles (calls confectionnés!). If this is confirmed the VRS will help the French government to procure the necessary currency.
