J'ai pris connaissance avec intérêt des observations contenues dans votre télégramme no 1883. La question des bases fait actuellement l'objet, de la part des commissariats intéressés, d'études techniques et politiques destinées à préciser les différents points de notre doctrine, ce qui sera sans doute bientôt fait.

Il serait évidemment inopportun, au moment où Anglais, Américain et Russes discutent de l'organisation de la paix, de l'orgasme, de l'orgasme de la paix, de l'orgasme de la paix, de l'orgasme de la paix, de l'orgasme de la paix.
