Les manifestations en l'honneur de la France
continuent. Vendredi a une manifestation organisée sur la
Place de France, le reoteur de la Faculté des Sciences, le
Sénateur RUIZ ... et le professeur BELTHROY ont prononcé
des discours.

Samedi matin Eglise de la Recolleta était comble pendant le Te Deum chanté en l'honneur de la libération de Paris.

Le soir ma légation ne pouvait contenir la véritable foule venue m'apporter ses fëlicitations et qui réunissait outre la colonie française des Péruviens appartenant a toutes les classes de la société.
