Certaines personnes bien informées considèrent que la pression exercée actuellement sur la Suède par les Anglo-américains a pour but amener rupture relations entre la Suède et l'Allemagne. Elles se demandent dans ces conditions s'il (ne serait) pas préférable d'en prendre initiative et de faire geste qui ne pourrait qu'(être) avantageux pour la suède tant vis-à-vis Etats scandinaves que des Alliés.

Mais je crois cependant que le Gouvernement de Stockholm continuera à résister à toutes les pressions intérieures et extérieures et poursuivra politique adroite et prudente qui lui a permis jusqu'à présent d'éviter guerre.
