Ainsi que j'avais écrit et télégraphié à PLEVEN, je m'apprête à partir dans les prochains jours dès que j'aurai la réponse attendue mentionnée dans mon téléphone AL/185, paragraphe 3. Un travail extrêmement urgent devra immédiatement être fait à Paris sur notre programme de remise en marche en même temps que sur certains aspects du plan de six mois. MR. VIGIER et PHILIPPON, qui (5635) travaillaient avec moi à Alger, y sont encore. Leur présence à Paris pour ce travail me paraît indispensable, car VIGIER en particulier est au courant du plan de remise en marche et sa coopération au travail qui devra être fait est nécessaire. Je vous serais reconnaissant de faire donner des ordres pour que le départ des intéressés pour Paris soit assuré immédiatement.
