Veuillez transmettre Washington et Moscou la communication suivante en priant notre représentant dans chacun de ces (.M.) de la remettre au Gouvernement auprès duquel il est accrédité.

Au sujet de la communication adressée le 25 juillet par le président de la Commission Consultative Européenne au .D. &amp; Londres, le Gouvernement Provisoire de la République Française a eu l'occasion de marquer l'intérêt primordial qu'il attache à être associé aux discussions qui se poursuivent entre les Gouvernements américain, britannique et soviétique au sujet des clauses de l'armistice avec l'Allemagne et plus généralement l'importance essentielle qu'a pour la France tout ce qui touche au problème allemand. Maintenant établi à son siège normal dans la capitale (27681).
