"J'ai appris que M. CHARLES LEVY-SAVOIE, co-propriétaire du journal .U., essayait de communiquer avec M. MAURICE BIBET pour lui donner le pouvoir d'agir en vue de .U. sa publication le plus tôt possible."

J'ai signalé souvent à Alger le caractère assez suspect de M. LEVY-SAVOIE qui n'est autre que le CHARLES LEVY compromis en 1934 dans le krach de la "Société Spéciale Financière," ainsi que ses relations avec M. CHAUTAMPS et avec le Général ODIC.
