(747) avis aussi de M. MONETT que j'ai pu consulter avant son départ, une telle action serait favorablement accueillie et ne saurait d'ailleurs porter préjudice à notre attitude générale concernant UNHRA. Je vous serais obligé de me faire connaitre d'urgence vos instructions à ce sujet.

II Il nous sera probablement demandé d'assurer la charge d'ailleurs très (748) limitée de (la) fourniture à UNHRA des francs dont elle pourrait avoir besoin pour ses dépenses administratives dans les territoires français(.) Je vous prie de vouloir bien consulter d'urgence le Ministre des Finances et me notifier vos instructions aussitôt que possible sur cette question qui est également connue de M. MONETT.
