Si les communiqués de l'agence TASS et d'INFORMNURG du Narkomindel montr(ent) que le (discours) du Président finlandais n'a pas répondu aux exigences soviétiques, ils ne prouvent pas que le Gouvernement des Soviets entende etre impitoyable a l'égard d'Helainki.

Le Ministre de la Suède pour sa part se montre optimiste sur le sort de la Finlande. Il attribue la modération qu'il prête à l'U.R.S.S. au désir du Gouvernement des Soviets de ne pas inquiéter les Etats scandinaves. Moscou admettrait ainsi que soit .....
