naire et Ministre Plénipotentiaire Iran, a notifié au Liban la reconnaissance par son Gouvernement de l'indépendance du Liban. Les rela-
tions diplomatiques ont été établies aussitôt et des messages de féli-
citation ont été échangés entre les deux Gouvernements.
