Nous avons accord pour l'envoi de 125.000 tonnes avant 25 décembre dont 74.000 au début octobre. Nous comprenons que les premiers envois doivent se faire a (5972) Tunis, mais il est important que vous nous indiquiez d'urgence les destina-
tions et les possibilités de réception en vrac des différents ports d'Afrique Nord. Je vous signale que nous avons plus de facilités pour du vrac et qu'une partie au moins des livraisons devra se faire sous cette forme. J'attends d'urgence votre réponse.
