Etant donné l'état de destruction de nos ports maritimes et la disparition presque totale des appareils de levage du .U. de Rouen et de Marseille, l'arrivée du matériel de l'espèce prévue au plan d'équipement industriel est extrêmement urgente.

Pour vous permettre de commander (immédiatement) l'outillage des ports maritimes qu'il convient d'importer, je vous prie de m'envoyer les catalogues des matériaux qui seraient (immédiatement) disponibles en ce qui concerne (27) grues, .U., chalands, débarcadères flottants, .U., tracteurs de halage, moteurs DIBBEL pour bateaux. Je vous préviendrai aussitôt du choix auquel je me serai arrêté. Je vous serais reconnaissant également de m'envoyer le plus tôt possible les spécifications techniques du matériel qui serait éventuellement déjà commandé et prêt à être expédié.
