H. HRLOUIS m'a demandé de tranamettre par la voie officielle tolégrame suivant a M. BRUGERE a Paris: "Très sincères fólicitations. Ayant rallié Alger dès origine, serais désireux servir sous vos ordres. Signé HRLOUIS." J'ajoute que l'ancien (reprè sentant de Vichy) a Bogota désire partir pour Paris (217) avec sa famille a la fin de cette année. Cependant, m'éerit-il, s'il était rappelé a l'activité, il prendrait le premier avion.

Je vous serais reconnaissant de me télégraphier si je puis viser les passeports de l'(intéressé) pour la France et s'il a droit, ainsi que les siens, à un visa diplomatique.
