Conformément aux instructions contenues dans votre
télégramme 22 (II) du 8 septembre, j'ai placé en affectation spéciale les onze ingénieurs de la SOCIETE SONLUMBERGER inscrits sur nos tableaux de mobilisation. Les dossiers des intéressés seront adressés au (Ministère de la Guerre) par un prochain courrier.

A cette occasion je signale \&amp; V.E. que, les (323) instructions du (Ministère de la Guerre) excluant l'utilisation de la voie aérienne et les .U. maritimes desservant les ports vénésolans n'acceptant aucun passager, je me trouve dans l'obligation d'envoyer aux Etats-Unis le reste des Français mobilisés dont le nombre atteint une vingtaine ( 16 services armés et 2 services auxiliaires).
