U. à la suite d'une démarche que, sur indications qui nous furent fournies à Washington, PAUL-BORGOUR et mot-mème. U. le 12 septembre auprès du Ministre de l'Armement et de l'Approvisionnement et le 17 septembre auprès du U. qui venait de rentrer (771) d'une tournée en province, le Gouvernement canadien vient (d')autoriser aujourd'hui la fourniture de 125.000 tonnes de blé en destination de l'Afrique du Nord. Cette fourniture nous est consentie à titre de l'aide mutuelle. J'ai exprimé au Gouvernement canadien combien nous lui étions reconnaissants de son aide et de la rapidité avec laquelle il l'a apportée. PAUL-BORGOUR va télégraphier toutes autres informations utiles.
