Voici l'essence de ces télégrammes: nouvel Ambassador du Guatemala a dit que son Gouvernement va reconnaître incessamment le Gouvernement provisoire comme le Salvador.

Selon lui le Gouvernement américain aurait exprimé aux Républiques lettres américaines désir de cette reconnaissance.
