En raison de l'irrégularité de la correspondance il est actuellement difficile au Portugal d'obtenir des moyens de payer sur compte soit par chaque soit par ouverture de crédit.

La majorité des grandes banques ne délivrent plus de chèques. Quant à la BANQUE DE PORTUGAL ... seulement pour des petits paiements elle procède par ouverture de crédit en faisant signer au débiteur portugais une sécurité relative à la bonne fin de l'opération. Le cours en usage à l' ...
