3.000 stôres de planches de notre stock au prix moyen de 175 plastres. La marine nous a fait demande de reprendre nos expleitations en coopération avec maison japonaise qui fournirait le matériel. J'ai répondu qu'il nous était impossible travailler en Thailand avant réglement du vol de nos ... les. De plus esprit de la population rendrait travail difficile.

La marine nous a fait assurance qu'elle défendrait nos travailleurs et nous aiderait régler les vols anciens. Nous estimons souci attentif (être) important (vu le) développement que peut prendre la guerre. De plus il ne peut être question d'une (protection)reque pour les intérêts (français) ce qui créerait précédent. Télégraphiez réponse à donner.
