tendant a obtenir le déblocage des montants en question en vue de leur utilisation par la Pinlande a des achats de marchandise turque. De son côté le ministre de Pinlande à Ankara adresse au Gouvernement ture une note à peu près similaire.

La (group omitted) en Pinlande pense pouvoir étayer sa demande, au cours des négociations actuelles, par le besoin qu'ont les grands ... de certains produits finlandais, notamment de papier et de cellulose.
