Ce groupe de colonies n'ayant pu rapatrier aucun personnel depuis suspension trafic maritime avec Afrique Nord en avril 1942, je vous signale présence de près de deux cent grands malades dont état santé nécessite départ, soit cinquante en première urgence et cent cinquante seconde urgence, (55636) dont état de santé ne peut que s'aggraver sous climat tropique. Je vous demande de bien vouloir examiner et me signaler possibilités évacuation par navire neutre, espagnol par exemple qui pourrait ... circonstances faire escale a Port-de-France, ou mieux utilisation navire hôpital avec évacuation sur métropole ou péninsule ibérique. (55637) Au reçu de votre avis de principe et des précisions que vous pourrez m'apporter, le cas échéant, j'entreprendrai démarche via Croix-rouge.
