Il y aurait intérêt par conséquent à envisager instamment d'accord avec le gouverneur général l'organisation ... ... en Indochine d'un secours exceptionnel pour le recrutement d'un certain nombre d'élèves secrétairesinterprêtes de siamois, pareil à celui qui a été récemment prévu pour la Chine.
