Votre lettre no. 28 oeuvres, du 5 avril concernant
Galata Serai.

Le crédit de 672.661 francs que j'ai demandé par
ma lettre no. 10, avec la majoration de 10.000 francs qui a fait
l'objet de mon télégramme no. 763-64*, représente l'ensemble,
définitivement mis au point, des indemnités d'enseignement pour
les professeurs de Galata Serai (prévues) au ... 7 de mon rapport
général no. 6 du 10 janvier. (829) Mais j'avais dans ce sens
rapporté ... également 72.000 francs en faveur de M. (BERG)EAUD,
comme ... indemnité de direction. Il n'a jamais été dans (les)
intentions et il ne saurait être question dans les circonstances
actuelles de supprimer ou de réduire cette indemnité spéciale.
Je serais donc reconnaissant au Département de me confirmer par
le télégraphe que ce crédit, qui fait toujours l'objet de paiements
séparés &amp; M. (BERGEAUD), est bien maintenu pour 1943 oeuvres.
