bien que possibilité transferts de fonds que vous m'avez
ouverte par votre 47 du 9 mai apporte solution générale
satisfaisante problème aide aux familles antillaises résidant
métropole, je suis en principe favorable prêts (1766)
remboursements en cas de nécessité et sous réserve que les
noms des bénéficiaires me soient autant que possible notifiés
en vue de remboursements par familles.
