On chuchote même (le bruit m'en est revenu de deux côtés différents) que M. SHIGEMITSU partirait très prochainement pour Moscou. Si le fait est exact, il me paraît que le (voyage) de M. SHIGEMITSU ne pourrait avoir pour but que de signer en grand appât un texte (dont) l'accord serait déjà fait. À première vue il ne pourrait s'agir que de quelque (pacte) de non-agression, délivrant les Japonais du cauchemar qu'est (devenue) la pensée que les Américains pourraient se faire donner des bases d'aviation en Sibérie orientale.
