aurait été répandu à l'amirauté de Tokyo qu'une partie seulement des tubes était destinée aux bâtiments de commerce français en Indochine, le reste étant réservé à notre marine de guerre. L'amirauté ne consentit qu'à fournir les (tu)bes des bateaux ... . Je vous serais reconnaissant de me faire savoir si les conclusions de l'enquête japonaise correspondent bien à la vérité et de me fournir éventuellement toute autre indication qui vous paraît utile pour étayer une nouvelle démarche ici.
