Ces sommes ayant été prises en bloc dans la comptabilité du consulat en se trouvant actuellement confondues avec les recettes budgétaires de ce (210) poste il n'est pas possible d'en assurer la restitution ... a M. ...GAL ... . Relativement d'ailleurs a votre proposition j'ai décidé d'allouer a ce dernier sur le chapftre VI article 2 du budget une indemnité compensatoire ... égale au montant des recettes dont il a été privé soit 1.085 yen.
