La nécessité cia se trouvait le Japon pour ... ... sa Viiation en Asie sur des fondements (solides), d'arriver a une entente avec la Chime ou plutot avec les (indigènes) chinois, était si évidente, qu'on se demande si elle est apparue si (clairs)ment au gouvernement japonais.

A en (juger) ... par l'attitude des autorités japonaises en Indochine a l'égard des Chinois, on peut douter que la politique de H. SHIGEYITSU soit bien comprise et bien appliquée et que les concessions faites par le Japon a la Chine suffiront (sic) à amener une (see D-4512 for continuation)
