L'exercice (de) 1943 étant écoulé aux deux tiers, j'autorise jusqu'à la fin ... de l'exercice, dans un but de simplification et malgré son caractère except ionnel, l'opération consistant a employer les loyers des deux maisons a leur entretien.

A partir du premier janvier 1944, ces loyers seront pris en recette comme "produits des domaines." Le crédit d'entretien de l'immeuble du consulat sera majoré de la somme nécessaire pour les deux maisons. Le fonds d'abonnement sera majoré de la somme nécessaire au paiement des jardiniers.
