Colonel YVON appartient à mon ambassade depuis
cinq ans. J'(éprouve) pour lui de l'amitié. Il est plein
de coeur et de bonne volonté; il ... le travail et je ne
doute pas qu'il ne soit animé de meilleur désir de bien faire.
Mais son ... et sa mentalité sont telles qu'elles diminuent
sensiblement l'utilité de sa coopération et la valeur de
ses informations. J'ajoute que le colonel YVON semble
mieux préparé par sa nature même à un travail de bureau
qu'au rôle d'attaché militaire. Il a en effet le goût
des archives et je dois penser qu'il rendrait les meilleurs
services dans un état-major.
