C'est au début de 1942 que la légation Portugal en Chine a été privée du droit de correspondre en chiffre avec son gouvernement; mais ce n'est qu'... ... incident survenu à Pékin et reloté par mon tólégramme 903, que j'en ai été informé ... le ministre du Portugal m'a confirmé sur ce sujet juillet dernier que cette situation restait sans modifioation.

J'ajoute à toutes fins utiles que mon tólégramme
1942, n'indiqualt pas seulement que le vice-consul du Portugal à
Pékin n'avait pas été autorisé à référer à sa légation
il précise que ce
