"Je crains que ma présence au Japon ne soit non seulement inutile mais peut-être indésirable vu mon attitude très nette prise en accord avec mes conseillers japonais et l'ambassade de France.

Sur le conseil du chargé d'affaires de France, j'ai l'intention, sauf contre-ordre de votre part, d'essayer d'aller en Indochine laissant charge de l'AIR LIQUIDE à pour lequel je vous demanderai ensemble en temps voulu possible pour faire quitter le Japon à NUSTELLI, COLOMB dont l' (607) inutile.

La politique japonaise actuelle est dictatoriale aux besoins de la défense nationale profitant en fait (groupe missing) nationaliser en étranger.
