Une demarche faite d'urgence et avec énergie par le Gouvernement français auprès de M. NIYANI pour garantir formellement le loyalisme de M. NELCHION serait dócielve (712) et amênerait selon toute probabilité la libération des accusés."

En reproduisant ci-dessus message dont je prie Département de garder l'origine secrète, je me percoets de rappeler que M. NENNY avait choisi M. NELCHION parmi personnel français qui sont qualifiés, pour le faire désigner par le Maréchal comme chef de la Légion.
