Cette nouvelle est suivie de ... de DON(EI) rappelant que cette région a été placée en février dernier sous l'administration militaire en conséquence d'un accord avec les autorités françaises locales. J'ai donc demandé au ministre des Affaires étrangères ce que signifiait ce télégramme et il m'a été répondu que les commentaires étaient (inexacts) ... ... :- en fait l'armée a rendu à Hankin l'administration de la région chinoise de ... occupée par l'armée japonaise et non pas l'administration de notre territoire à ... .
