The Soviet government ignored the Finnish overture, replying that Finland's chance to make requests is gone, that the Soviet Union has no desire to --G-- peace (? negotiations ?) with that country, that Finland will surrender unconditionally within two months, and that the Soviet government, after all Finland has been occupied, will amix it as one of the republics constituting the Soviet Union.
