L'amiral **NONURA** qui vient d'être promu à ce grade le 1er mars, répondant aux félicitations que lui avait adressées à titre privé notre ministre des Colonies, a prié ce dernier de le rappeler respectueusement aux souvenirs du maréchal **PETAIN** et du Président **LAVAL** qu'il eut l'honneur de rencontrer au moins des récents séjours qu'il a faits en France alors qu'il a été chef de la mission navale japonaise en Allemagne, et de leur transmettre l'expression de ses très ... ants sentiments.
