russo-japonaises prennent progressivement la forme d'une véritable collaboration.

Le gouvernement soviétique a livré au Japon dans le courant du mois de mars 10.000 caisses de viande de conserve de 48 boîtes chacune. Des matières premières destinées à l'industrie de guerre ont également été cédées au Japon. Il y a là une donnée dont il doit être tenu compte dans l'appréciation des possibilités politiques et militaires du Japon.
