considered. It is still not known why they have not exploited
their initial success. The mopping up of (?Sevastopol?) is at
an end; two Red armies are going to be freed.
Are they, perhaps, going to be used in a new offensive in
Bessarabia?
Are the Soviets waiting for a landing in the west?
Are they afraid to advance, while leaving threatening German
armies on their right (?wing?) ?
Are they having difficulties in obtaining supplies at the rear
