Un consulat de la "République ... italienne" a été ouvert à Tien-Tsin le 20 juillet.

C'est l'ancien consul \&amp; Hankoou qui prend la direction, (tandis que l')ancien consul général de Tien-Tsin est envoyé à Shanghai.

Non plus que la rétrocession "officielle" de la concession italienne, ratifiée par un accord signé \&amp; Hankin le 14 juillet, l'ouverture de ce consulat n'a modifié la situation de la colonie fasciste, telle que je la ... ... au Ministère des Affaires étrangères dans mon télégramme 36-37 ... ... ... ... dans la colonie italienne laisse rechercher, ... ... est dû sans doute aux événements politiques, aux difficultés sans cesse croissantes auxquelles elle doit faire face et au peu (de) considération manifeste par les autorités japonaises.
