There follows the text of the proposed ordinance to
Morize loans at 5% to be granted to mining corporations whose sales
e below a subsistence minimum because of restriction of the market. The
loans would be for maintenance of existing property and equipment and
would be secured by stocks of ore. For each loan a contract would be
drawn up between the government-general and the operators.
