M. KOUMACHI YAMAMOTO, nouvel ambassadeur du Japon au Siam, doit prendre ces jours-ci possession de son poste. Ancien premier secrétaire à Londres, commercial, d'Asie et d'Afrique au Gaimusho, il a été vice-ministre des Affaires étrangères.

Vice-ministre de la Pluse Grande Asie depuis la création en automne 1942 de ce (461) département, il passe pour un des questions d'Asie, du Mandchoukouo en particulier où il a séjourné en mission officielle.

Cette ambassade n'a eu qu'ise louer de l'esprit de compréhension toujours rencontré auprès de lui.
