J'ai eu hier après-midi 19 septembre un entretien avec M. TOSHIZARA qui a été extrêmement amical et au cours duquel nous nous sommes bornés a échanger des vues sur la situation internationale. Aucune question ne m'a été posée en ce qui concerne la situation de l'Indochine par rapport a l'évolution des événements en Europe.

Par ailleurs les relations entre autorités françaises et japonaises demeurent aussi courtoises qu'autrefois. Aucune demande n'a été présentée qui sort du cadre habituel de nos rapports.
