informé, le Gouvernement français a pris une ...
sur la déclaration des biens immobiliers ennemis
par leurs détenteurs ou gérants. Sont considérés
comme ennemis un certain nombre de pays d'Europe,
le Japon et le Siam.

Il y aurait intérêt à ce que l'attention
du Gouvernement français fût attirée sur les répercussions
que pourrait avoir sur nos intérêts en Extrême-Orient
la mise sous séquestration des biens japonais et
siemois en France si elle devait suivre la déclaration.
Je suggère qu'un télégramme commun .....
