Doctor TNU's resignation had been rendered inevitable, sooner or later, by the --G-- which opposes the manoeuvre of GHEH KUNG-PG, MHI (YEZY) PING, and GROW PU-MAI to the faction of the WANG family, a conflict which has become only the more acute since WANG's departure for Japan. The partisans (Yof the!) --H-- president (YhadY), for eight months, been systematically kept removed from important decisions and this tendency had become still greater during these past weeks.
Under the circumstances, Doctor TNU who, among all the members of the WANG (YelahY) (Part 2) --M-- the one closest to the late President's family, found himself forced to submit his resignation. --ZW-- GHEH KUNG-PG, and GROW PU-MAI asked him to withdraw (YitY) since it had been agreed that there should, for the time being, be as little change as possible among the personnel, (See my telegram 214, 118). Nevertheless, it seems probable that Doctor TNU is maintaining --G-- decision. --ZW-- he proposed the selection of one of the four following candidates: Messrs. LIMPAI-SMANG, TSAI PRI, GROWxx.
