Le Secrétaire d'Etat a (commenté) hier dans les termes
suivants la déclaration faite par M. CHURCHILL a la Chambre des Communes: "(Le premier ministre) CHURCHILL a fait ... une très importante déclaration a la Chambre des communes dans laquelle il a chaleureusement accueilli et approuvé le discours fait par le général GIRARD le 14 mars 1943. Le Gouvernement américain donne son accord (le plus) cordial aux termes de cette heureuse déclaration faite a un moment opportun par le premier ministre britannique, (et) il eprouve de la satisfaction a approuver avec (force) ce nouveau pas effectué dans la voie de l'union des Français."
