Le monopole des tabacs possède une (option) sur 8 millions de livres de Kentucky, dont la levée permettrait de réaliser un bénéfice d'environ 30.000 dollars, provenant (de la) hausse des cours de (20) pour cent.

En même temps, le tabac de ce genre se fait rare, et un stock de cette importance ne pourrait être (conservé) si l'(option) était ... . M. GIRARD désire qu'une avance de 1.200.000 dollars lui soit faite (1048) par les autorités françaises d'Afrique du Nord pour lui permettre d'acheter ce stock en attendant la solution des problèmes ... posés par la ... du monopole.
