Je signale que le ... actuel des insecticides oblige les autorités américaines à payer jusqu'à 816 par cent livres des tabacs contenant $4 \%$ environ de nicotine.
(Ceci) pourrait servir à déterminer ... prix en cas d'achat analogue Afrique Nord, et montre que commerce et industrie rémunérateurs tabac (riche) en nicotine.
