D'après M. CIECHANOWSKI, ambassadeur de Pologne qui le tient d'excellente source, M. CHURCHILL aurait persuadé le Président ROOSEVELT &amp; Québec du danger qu'il y aurait pour les Alliés de s'immiscer dans la politique intérieure des nations libérées ou occupées.

En particulier la constitution extemporanée de (souveraineté) local(e) à l'arrivée des Alliés pourrait rendre la tâche des ASSOT extrêmement difficile et dangereuse.

Il aurait été (2013) décidé en conséquence de favoriser la constitution de gouvernements nationaux derrière les lignes alliées.

Quant à l'Italie, M. CIECHANOWSKI croit que les (Alliés) accepteraient le maintien de la monarchie avec un gouvernement expurgé de toute attache fasciste.

Il est d'ailleurs persuadé que l'Italie terminera la guerre dans le camp allié.
