D'après La Prensa de Buenos-Aires, El Heraldo de Caracas, (se) référant a la découverte d'un appareil de radio clandestin a bord du CABO DE HORROS en rade de Trinidad, rappelle que les bateaux espagnols faisaient antérieurement le trafic des pierres précieuses "avec le consentement du représentant diplomatique espagnol au Venezuela. A cette époque le ministre d'Espagne au Venezuela était JOSE ANTONIO SANGRONIZ, l'actuel représentant du général FRANCO en Afrique du Nord."
